Terms

60% deposit up front. The remainder when the speeches have been signed off, when no response has been forthcoming on the last drafts for 14 days, or when the wedding date has passed (whichever is sooner).

What happens after you buy this package?

  • You will be asked to provide an email address at checkout (please also provide a phone number just in case).
  • We will then get in touch for a debrief and to collect the contact details of the speakers (if you have the list already).

How this service works

We will then contact each speaker, explaining to them that we will be helping prepare their speeches for the wedding.

We will organise an interview/consultation with each of them (on Meet, Teams or Zoom). During that online meeting, we will:

  • assess their comfort level at public speaking
  • collect information relevant to the speech
  • set expectation for next steps

Then we will go away and write the speech.

We will send them a copy of the speech for their review

We will collect their feedback via email (or an online follow-up meeting if useful).

We will integrate the feedback to produce a new draft. We will undergo this draft/review process three times as needed.

After the speaker is happy with their speech, if they are the speakers that need coaching, we will run an online coaching session with them to give them strategies, show them where to put pauses etc.
